How does an AhhSnapShotz

Virtual Photo Booth work?

NO APP TO INSTALL!

The Photo Booth is in your hands.

Take a picture with your cell phone.

 Text 1 at a time to an assigned temporary phone number.

You will receive a text "Message Received"

Your frame picture will return to your cell usually within 60-90 seconds.

​

What if I want copies of the photos?

Anyone can visit the AhhSnapShotz “Photo Gallery” section

of this site to view and download all the pictures of your event FREE.

If you do not want your photos to be viewed by the public,

a password protect gallery is available.

The password will be given to you and your guests during your event.
 

A USB drive of every picture that was snapped during your event

is available for an additional cost.

Is there a limit to how many photos can be taken at an event?

Absolutely not! Take as many as you want but only text one at a time.

What is the standard number of hours for

renting a virtual photo booth?

Our minimum is 3 hours however, we can provide our services for any additional length of time at an additional cost.

Do you have any suggestions on how to make sure my guests

take full advantage of the virtual photo booth?
 

Based on experience, we provide you with a ready to print 

and cut instruction cards for your tables and/or handouts.

Poster templates are also available.

Here are some creative ways to keep your guests engaged:
  Provide a note at the place setting
Be sure to remind all your guests to use the

virtual photo booth and it is FREE

 MC or DJ announcements are helpful.

Is it possible to brand the photo template for my event?

We can add logos, tag line, names etc. on

the photo templates. This requires a three-week advance notice.

How long does it take for the photos to be

posted to your website?

Within 24 hours or sooner after your event.
 

What is included in the "basic" rental package?

Online Photo Gallery or Password-Protected Photo Gallery

3 hours of unlimited photo sessions

A signed rental agreement forms with estimate, and a $100 retaining fee.

When is the final payment due?

At least 2 weeks before your event.
 

What happens if I need to cancel the photo booth?

All cancellations made prior to event date

forfeits the $100.00 booking retainer fee except on holidays

(see attached Holiday schedule) when the booking deposit is $200.00.

 

Will guests of all ages enjoy the Virtual Photo Booth?

A Virtual Photo Booth offers enjoyment for the young and old.

Almost everyone has a cell phone. Can you
